No one loves to go to the dentist, but RVA Dental makes it a pleasurable experience. From the time you enter the door until the time you leave you are surrounded with friendly, happy and knowledgeable office personnel, dental assistants and two very good dentists, Drs. Friend and Lawrence. I highly recommend RVA Dental Care for patients in all age categories. -AJ
They're great in every way but most recently I've been aware of how I never get to sit in their comfy waiting room because they're always ready to take me when I walk in. The entire staff were very courteous and accommodating. Dr.Friend answered all my questions, and concerns. He explained all my options, and never made feel rushed to make a decision. He also told me I could call back with any questions, or concerns, after I got home. I've always been very nervous, and anxious going to dentists. I was neither. Best dental visit ever. -CF

I arrived early for my appointment and didn't have to wait at all. The exam was very efficient and professional. Even though they have lots of patients to see, they all have enough time to find out how things besides your teeth are going. -PF
I needed some extensive dental work, and was only able to schedule the appointment on a day that Dr. Friend usually had off. He came in to the office to see me anyway! This kind of service is rare. Dr. Friend was kind enough to schedule a follow-up visit for me on a Sunday! Again, a rare kindness. I have never had to wait more than two minutes (no kidding), and the entire staff is genuinely friendly, compassionate, and accommodating. I have been a patient of Dr. Friend for almost fifteen years and I have never found a more considerate and caring human being, who happens to be a perfectionist. A perfect combination for a dentist. I highly recommend this practice, and have referred a number of my closest friends to him. Thank you, Jeff, for your superb service and artistry. -GS
